Rule n ° 1: Hidden means intimate, so it must be placed in an inconspicuous and unknown place.
Rule No. 2: The mansion must not be prestigious or have a high real estate value.
Rule No. 3: It must be a historic or abandoned mansion.
Rule No. 4: The mansion must have architectural characteristics that can identify it and make it unique in their kind, eg. gates, doors, frescoes, gardens, etc.
Rule No. 5: The mansion can have its own basic story or it must be perfectly in line with the narrative work that will be designed to form its identity.
